The owners of this house wants to sell the home and gave us complete freedom to remodel. We proposed taking out a wall separating the Living room and Family room to open up the space. We expanded the opening of the kitchen entrance and created a window in the wall separating kitchen and living room. We also added a brick patio in the back.

We had been able to upgrade and make changes that were only possible for the generous budget of the owners. This house is now comparable to a new home and has been listed as of Nov 16, 2017 at a price that is a super bargain for the potential buyer.
