The project is between 22nd & 24th St on Perry St in Richmond, VA. SCDHC develops affordable housing and provides education and financial assistance to first-time home buyers. SCDHC is a great non-profit to work for. We are hoping to start construction around the end of June. These homes will be hashtag#EarthCraft certified #energy efficient homes.
