The Owners were looking for an empty lot to build their last home that would cater to aging in place. Unfortunately, they couldn't find one that worked for them and they decided to remodel their home to update the Kitchen and convert an bedroom to a Bathroom and Closet that could accommodate a wheel chair.
- Complete Kitchen remodel
- Created a window in the wall dividing the Kitchen and Living room
- Converted a bedroom into a accessible bathroom with roll-in shower, and a closet with access from their bedroom in 1st floor
