Mrs McDorman wanted to sell her previous home after we built her new custom home and gave us full freedom to remodel to make it ready for sale. The home was built in 1977.
We had been able to upgrade and make changes that were only possible for the generous budget of the owners.

- Took out a wall separating the Living room and Family room to open up the space
- Expanded the opening of the kitchen entrance and created a window in the wall separating the kitchen and living room.
- We also added a brick patio in the back.
- New kitchen cabinets with built-in pantry and soft-close drawers, granite countertop, luxury vinyl tile flooring
- Replaced existing wood fireplace with a propane gas fireplace with remote
- Numerous other upgrades to bring the home up to date
