We were awarded this job in February of 2021. The Owners already had a design but the increased cost of material put the cost over budget.

We redesigned the home to make it slightly smaller to fit the budget. We were able to make the plan more efficient while keeping all the elements of the original design but in a smaller footprint.

We are waiting to get a permit from City of Richmond, VA. It's been a 6 month process so far and we still don't have a permit. We are hoping to get the permit soon and begin construction in January, 2022.
