The Owners wanted to update the Kitchen and get a bigger Pantry after buying this relatively newer home. However, the Pantry was a small closet located in a chopped up space comprising of a half bath, laundry, coat closet, a short passage and a small pantry closet.
We removed everything in this chopped up space to create one single room with a huge Pantry, coat closet and Laundry. The scope included:
- New Kitchen with many custom features.
- New Pantry, Laundry and Coat closet
- Replace all cabinets & shelving in Family room
- Redo Fireplace surround
