When the Mitra family couldn't find a home that matched their vision, they chose to transform one. Theta Homes partnered with them to convert a 26-year-old home in Richmond, VA into a fully customized dream home — combining thoughtful architectural design, 3D visualization, and expert craftsmanship.
The scope of work included a 5-foot kitchen extension, a redesigned family room with coffered ceiling, a Jack & Jill bath upgrade with glass enclosed shower, and the conversion of an upstairs room into an open loft library and music room. On the exterior, a new copper-roofed front porch and a custom patio replaced the existing deck.
Every detail was designed to reflect the owners' lifestyle while maximizing both functionality and long-term home value.
