The owners moved to their country home and decided to complete a full house remodel of this property before putting it on the market. The goal was to improve overall functionality, update key areas, and enhance the home’s appeal for potential buyers.

Finished basement including a new drop-down ceiling and new flooring
Added a bathroom and closet in the basement
Refinished wood flooring and replaced carpets
Replaced kitchen countertops, added a backsplash, and installed custom shelving in a nook
General improvements throughout the home, including new paint

These updates helped refresh the entire home, creating a more modern, functional, and market-ready property with improved comfort and visual appeal.
