Banerjee Recreation Room Remodel – Lounge, Bedroom & Bathroom Addition
This recreation room remodel was a personal project for Soumitra Banerjee, founder and builder at Theta Homes — giving him firsthand experience of the remodeling process from the client's perspective.
The project transformed 498 square feet of existing space into a fully functional living area, including a comfortable lounge, a new bedroom, and a newly added bathroom. The design focused on maximizing utility within the existing footprint without structural expansion.
