Ball Home Remodel – Complete Interior Renovation
The homeowners purchased a residence in the McCabes Grant neighborhood and wanted to complete a full remodel before moving in. Their goal was to modernize the interior, improve functionality, and refresh the overall aesthetic while maintaining a warm, cohesive design throughout the home.
The renovation included several key upgrades and improvements:
- New third-floor bathroom installation: A previously unused attic space was converted into a fully functional bathroom, adding convenience and increasing the home’s value.
- Wide-plank hardwood flooring: Premium hardwood floors were installed in multiple rooms to enhance durability and elevate the home's visual appeal.
- Carpet replacement in the media room: The existing carpet was replaced to create a cleaner, more modern entertainment space.
- Granite countertop replacement in the primary bathroom: The updated countertop provides a refreshed, elegant look.
