This project is about converting a 26 year old home into new owners' dream home. After spending months looking for a new home to meet their requirements, they couldn't find anything that excited them.
So, they decided to remodel an older home to meet their needs. We designed the new layout that included extending the existing kitchen by 5' towards the back. We helped them visualize the project by creating 3-D models.

- Added trim details and copper roof in front porch
- Replaced flooring to wide plank flooring
- Extended kitchen by 5' and redesigned entire kitchen
- Added coffer in family room ceiling
- Replaced stone in fireplace
- Added patio in place of deck
- Replaced shower in Jack & Jill bath to glass enclosed shower
- Opened up an upstairs room into a loft type library/music room
