We started a design-build project in Jan 2024 of a Single Family home in Richmond, VA. The Owners want to build a high-performance home that is about 2,000 sf +/-. They also want to install Solar Panel to approach Net Zero.

Owners are very knowledgable in energy efficiency and have done extensive research to understand the different features and optimization methods of a high-performance home.

We are excited to work on this project. It is in design stage and hoping to start construction in May or June. The above image is a quick rendering of the rear side of the home after the schematic design stage was completed.
